Extra: Tourist tax € 1,00 per person per night payment with cash!

We inform you that from the year 2011, the Italian local authorities have the possibility of introducing a tourist tax. This tax has never benn included in our offers and, if it will be applicable, must be paid by the client directly at the hotel.

Extra only 1-2 night from € 2,00 to € 5,00 per person per day.

Twin room for one person price person +70%.

Parking € 10,00 per night!

Rooms are available starting from 2.00 p.m. and must be checked out by 10.00 a.m.on the day of departure.
Check-in time is from 2.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Please inform the hotel if your arrival time is after 8.00 p.m.
Check in time between the 10.00 p.m. and 08.00 a.m. will not be permitted on any case.

Dog € 15,00 per day (one for room).

Cancellation Policy

The Hotel requires a deposit equal to the cost of 2 to 7 nights based on the length of stay

Any cancellations must be sent to the Hotel in writing.

Up to 45 days before arrival, cancellation is free. (and the deposit will be made)

From the 44th to the 5th day before arrival the deposit will be held.

From the 4th to the day of arrival or for no-show, payment of the entire booked stay is required.

In case of early departure, payment of the entire booked stay is required.
